Dear Alumni:

A warm greeting from the gorgeous autumn woods of southwestern Maine. With the echo of Song and Cheer Night 2014 still ringing among the tall pines, we now point our attention to Wigwam 2015. As you are well aware, we plan to celebrate during the 2015 Labor Day weekend, not only the amazing milestone of Wigwam’s 105th consecutive season, but of Strauss family directorship – year 50!

As we make plans for this historic event, it is time for you, our esteemed alumni to do the same. Wigwam’s upcoming Alumni Celebration is planned for Friday September 4th thru Monday, September 7th 2015.

The venue? As we mentioned in a mailing last winter, wives and significant others are welcome to join in this time around. In fact, this will be Camp Wigwam Fantasy Camp, adults only, including this time around extended crafts and woodworking projects, perhaps a yoga class or two, and a few new wrinkles that will make this even more memorable than the Centennial Event of 2010 (well, that may be a tall task).

Please remember that, like last time, there will be plenty of room at camp for individuals, but very limited (and rustic) accommodations for couples. Attached you will find a list of local accommodations should you like to stay at an inn or hotel.

What do I need to do?

  1. Register: Use this link to register as a Camp Wigwam Alumni

  3. Spread the word: Share the event on Facebook or Twitter or if you know someone who may be interested in attending this event, but is not registered as an alumni on our system, please feel free to share this page and direct them to the link below to register as a Wigwam Alumni.

The plan is in motion. Mark it on your calendar right now. We Shall Remember II, Labor Day Weekend 2015. See ya There!!!
